Holbeck's Never Ending Story Part 1

March was spent drawing for a project organised by Slung Low theatre company. In 2019 they commissioned a poem from the bard of Barnsley Ian McMillan and now wanted to display the work in the Holbeck WMC in Leeds. Titled Holbeck's Never Ending Story the words explore the ups and downs of the country's oldest working mans club and the involvement of  Slung Low and the local community.

I used photos for reference, aiming for a mix of people, buildings and patterns to fill the five pages of drawings and words.
